Leading the brand’s global growth is Aman, our Chief Marketing Officer, with 12 years of international marketing and sales experience. He ensures Kapoor Handloom reaches global markets while maintaining lasting relationships and consistent quality.
Our operations are efficiently managed by Pritisha and Madhu, our Chief Operating Officers. Pritisha, with over 8 years of experience, oversees invoicing, packaging, quality assessment, and day-to-day operations. Madhu, with more than 40 years of expertise in the handloom sector, handles documentation, customer communication, and overall operational control.

Usually different products have different manufacturing processes, as traditional methods lie at the heart of the handloom industry

Cotton Rugs manufacturing process

Cotton rugs are made by first spinning raw cotton into yarn, which is then dyed in various colors. The dyed yarn is woven on handlooms using modern and traditional techniques. Finally, the rugs are washed, finished and trimmed to enhance texture and durability before packaging.

Kilim Rugs manufacturing process

Kilim rugs are traditionally woven using a flat-weave technique without any pile. Wool and cotton yarns are dyed and interwoven on a loom to create intricate geometrical patterns. After weaving, the rugs are trimmed, washed, and sun-dried to enhance color and texture.
